We are open everyday at 10am. The only holidays that we are closed for are Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Yes, each individual wishing to enter the attraction is required to have a ticket.

Adults must be accompanied by children to enter LEGOLAND Discovery Center. We will host exclusive adult nights for our Adult Fans of LEGO without children beginning this July. 

All children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.

No. Single day admission tickets are one time use for a single individual. Annual Passes are only good for use by the individual cardholder.

To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we limit the number of visitors that can be in the Center at one time. The best way of ensuring your family's entry is by reserving your tickets online (while receiving special online discounts)!

For the same reason stated above, we do not allow re-entry. 

We do not allow outside food or beverage, unless caring for babies or food allergies in children.

LEGOLAND Discovery Center encourages guests to enjoy deliciously fresh foods and snacks, as well as Starbucks beverages and ice cold sodas in our Coffee Shop.

We encourage families to interact together and explore their imagination and creativity through a world of open play, and therefore visits are not guided. The typical visit takes 2-3 hours, but you are welcome to stay for as long as you wish.

Yes, we are fully accessible for visitors with disabilities and wheelchair users.

Please note we do not provide wheelchairs or strollers at our attraction nor does the mall.

Yes. We ensure that there are always staff members at the LEGOLAND Discovery Center who are trained in first aid.

We are stroller friendly, with family bathrooms with diaper changing facilities.


To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we have limited the number of visitors that can be in the Center at one time. All guests buying tickets online OR at the door will be required to make a reservation for an entry time.

Advanced Purchase - Best Value and Guaranteed Entry

  • Upon your arrival to the Center, you will enter the "I Have Tickets" line at the start of your reservation.
  • Please note during peak periods such as holidays, Spring break and Summer there may be a small wait upon entering the reservation line.

Walk-Up Purchase

  • If you purchase tickets at the door, you will be required to reserve the next available time slot. You will enter the 'I Need Tickets' line at the start of your reserved entry time. The only way to guarantee your entry is to reserve your tickets online.
  • Please note, during peak times, we may sell out of walk-up tickets. The only way to guarantee your entry is to purchase your tickets on advance online.

Once inside, stay as long as you like.

No, you do not need to print your tickets. You can present your confirmation email on a mobile device, or provide us with a confirmation number. We also have the ability to look up your tickets in instances where you may have lost this information.

For the best price, book online at least 24 hours in advance of your visit.

Purchasing a First to Play Annual Pass entitles you to unlimited admission to the attraction for 12 months, starting from the date of your first visit. Receive additional benefits including LEGO® Shop, Café and birthday party discounts as well as invites to exclusive events throughout the year. 

When booking your ticket you will be asked to select a date and time for your arrival. This helps us make your experience more enjoyable by reducing queue times, speeding up your entry in to the attraction and reducing crowding. Once inside the attraction, you may stay as long as you like! 

You may request to change your date up to 36 hours before your scheduled arrival date and time. To request a date change, please email us at Philadelphia@LEGOLANDDiscoveryCenter.com and include your order confirmation number. Please note that date changes are based on the availability of tickets when you'd like to come.

We will still accommodate guests who are late for their reserved time. Please note you may experience a longer than usual wait time in this instance.

To redeem a valid coupon code or promotional code, click on the "Promotional Code" tab of our online ticketing window and enter in the code. Then, you can continue purchasing your discounted tickets to LEGOLAND Discovery Center Philadelphia. Please note, all discounts will be taken off the full price of $24.

Yes, we do. Simply show your valid military ID to receive $10 OFF the standard, walk-up admission price. This offer is valid for you and up to 5 guests.

Please note that you must show a valid military ID at the Admission Desk at the time of your visit in order to use your Military Saver tickets. Not valid with any other discount, including online tickets and combination tickets.


No, at this time we do not offer a AAA discount.

During peak times, you may experience a short wait in the "I Have Tickets" line as we scan guests' tickets.  The first experience in the Center is our LEGO-themed ride, which may also have a short queue. 

No, LEGOLAND Discovery Center Philadelphia does not offer gift cards nor do we accept them at this time. 

Frequently Asked Questions

Our private party rooms cannot exceed 25 persons each, which includes adults and children. There must be at least 1 adult present for the party, however, we highly recommend 2-4 adults be present in the private party room.  

If you're wanting to hold a party for up to 50 people, we require that you reserve and book two parties. We have two separate birthday party rooms that can combine into one room to accommodate up to 50 people. 


What if I just want to purchase additional tickets for adults/parents to be granted access to the Center only?
This ticket option will be available for purchase at the door for $15 a person. This ticket gets the adult/parent access to the Center only. Access to the private party room and cake, beverage or food are not included. 

Yes. We will have $15 tickets available for purchase at the door for any adults/parents wishing to be in the Center during the party, but do not need access to the private party room. These tickets do not include access to the private party room or cake, beverages, or food. 

We will begin accommodating birthday parties beginning May 3, 2017. Please see our Birthday Party Schedule for more on available party times per day.

We offer water, lemonade, sprite and coke for each party. We do not offer any additional beverage choices.

No. Outside food or catering is not allowed for the safety of our other guests in the Center. We do have a Cafe that serves sandwiches, paninis, and other snack foods for those that may be interested in additional food options or who have special dietary needs.   

Yes. We have an extended menu in our Cafe to accommodate any special dietary requirements. These options will require an additional purchase that can be made during your visit.

Please notify us of any food allergies that we should be aware of. If our cake provider cannot accommodate your specific food allergy, we will notify you of additional options. 

The Premium Birthday Party includes pizza for the party-goers and a LEGO mini-build activity that each of the kids get to take home after it's complete. 

Yes. The Standard Birthday Party does not include a takeaway mini-build as the Premium Package does, but there is a group build activity included that is conducted by the Birthday Party Host. This is about a 20-30 minute activity. 

Upon submitting your booking request details, we will reserve your birthday party slot (pending availability) and get back in touch with you to confirm your details. Once that step is complete, we ask that payment is made in full to 100% confirm your party booking. Payment is taken online via a link we will provide to you once we've confirmed the details of your party. We will be happy to talk you through the process if you wish.

If you cancel your booking two weeks or more before the party date we can provide a full refund. If you cancel 2 weeks or less, we can reschedule your party for another day and/or time. If you need to cancel 24 hours or less before the party, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule your event.
